Placing an order
Step 1: One of our sales personnel will email you with the invoice and artwork of the gift tag. We will need your assistance to verify the order details as well approve the artwork of the gift tag.
Step 2: Please make payment via internet banking and email us back to let us know the transaction number.
Step 3: We will confirm receipt of payment in our bank account and proceed to process delivery. We will offer you two proposed delivery date and timing. Please feel free to let us know if you have other preferences.
Step 4: Sit back and get ready to receive delivery. One of our delivery personnel will sms you nearer to the delivery date to remind you of your delivery date and timing.
Do you have a physical shopfront when I can browse the actual party fillers before placing an order?
Wishes in a Bag operates solely as an online store – while we regret we are not able to show the physical party fillers, we are pleased to offer you the lowest possible price we can afford.
No. Parents are welcomed to order any number of party bags as per the headcount in the invited list or in the class of their preschool. Wishes in a Bag understand some preschools have very large pupil : teacher ratio, i.e. small class size of less than 10.
At least 3 working days before your expected delivery date / party day – this will give us sufficient time to process the order and delivery. However, Wishes in a Bag are always willing to make an exception and do our best to serve you. We do seek your understanding if your required party fillers is unavailable and we cannot replenish in time from the wholesalers.
You are welcome to change your mind so long payment has not been made. However, if payment has been received and we regret that we have to impose an amendment charge of S$5 or a cancellation charge of $25 / 50% of the full payment (whichever is higher). The balance will be refunded back into your bank account.
Orders will only be considered confirmed upon full payment and verification / validation of order details.
I would like to make change the party filler stated in the party bags to some other items on your store. Is it possible?
You are welcome to do so. However, you will have to make up the difference in prices. Please feel free to contact us.
We seek your patience and understanding for this delay. The stock manager will verify stock availability of required party fillers / items in terms of quantity and good physical conditions. We strive to ensure that all non-consumables will be delivered in good conditions, and consumables do not exceed expiry date. Wishes in a Bag takes this measure to minimise disappointment and inconvenience in our valued customers.
The verified party fillers / items will then be placed on reserved for you. When payment is confirmed, the party fillers will be distributed into party bags or items be packaged for shipping.
Payment must be made through the use of internet banking (DBS or UOB). We regret we are unable to offer payment using pay pal or credit cards as we would like to avoid any extra handling fees for both you and us.

We regret to inform you that all payment must be made to confirm the order. Our delivery personnel do not handle any form of cash transaction.
S$6.00 delivery charges is payable for any one destination in Singapore. Wishes in a Bag delivers to all locations within Singapore except BBQ pits, Jurong Island and Islands of Singapore e.g. St John Island, Pulau Ubin etc.
For purchases above S$100 in a single receipt, delivery charges will be waived.
Often, we will do our best to deliver party bags even before your required delivery / party date. This way, you can have more time to see to other preparations and have the ease of mind with the party bags being checked off the list of ‘to-do’s.
We deliver your order at your convenience, usually at night when you are home from work. Please feel free to let us know your preferred timing.
For delivery to commercial buildings, customers must meet our delivery personnel to collect when we arrive. We regret that we will be unable to deliver to the door step. While we are willing to absorb possible ERP charges, we are not keen to charge customers for our parking charges. However, should you really need us to reach your door step, we will require an additional service fees of S$8.
You may also collect your party bags / items from a pick-up point in Bras Basah Complex on most weekdays between 12 – 4 pm. Please note that we will need to factor in additional time for making the delivery to the pick-up point. Please contact us for more information if you are keen to use this option.
