| Ordering |

Orders must be placed 3 working days in advance, subject to the delivery schedule of G Trade and SVCS. |

A delivery charge of S$25 will be imposed for orders placed within 48 hours of delivery. |

Orders will only be considered confirmed upon full payment and upon verification / validation of order details. |

For online orders, if we are unable to confirm the order registered with us before the required lead time to produce / deliver the Party Bags, the said order may be subject to cancellation without prejudice. Please provide valid contact and payment details to avoid order cancellation. |

| Amendments & Cancellations |

An administrative surcharge of S$5.00 will be imposed for each amendment requested 3 working days prior to delivery. |

A cancellation surcharge of S$25.00 or 50% of total invoice amount (whichever is higher) will be imposed for each cancellation for confirmed orders prior to delivery. |
| Delivery & Acceptance |

Party Bags delivery service is available daily. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed and all delivery schedules are at the sole discretion of G Trade and SVCS. |

S$6.00 delivery charges is payable for any one residential destination in Singapore. |

For delivery to commercial buildings, a delivery fee of S$11.00 per destination will be imposed. |

A delivery charge of S$25 will be imposed for orders placed within 48 hours of delivery. |

Party Bags delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery. G Trade and SVCS reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter. |

While G Trade and SVCS endeavours to fulfil all deliveries, we shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control. |

Contents of the Party Bags are subject to slight variations and availability of items from suppliers, and are strictly based on assorted design basis as indicated by number of girls and boys recipients only. |

While G Trade and SVCS endeavours to ensure all non-consumables are delivered in good conditions, and consumables do not exceed expiry date, we shall not be liable or responsible for any circumstances arising from use or consumption of items packed in the Party Bags. |
